VILLA VILLEKULLA

“Villa Villekula” is a beach house on the south coast of NSW that is the epitome of relaxation and fun. It is an existing fibro beach cottage with an addition that has the feeling of a camp site, with a central area that is used as a “play” area for adults and children alike.

It sets an example of how these sorts of sleepy towns can be developed….in a very low key way, keeping the existing fabric of the original fibro cottages that make these areas so special.

From the street the addition is seen as a very modest form that doesn’t compete with the existing cottage. A central garden area becomes a “play” area where everyone can have fun.
