POIDEVIN HOUSE

This three storey terrace house near the beach has been re-invigorated with energetic colour and opening up the inside of the terrace to light and space. A children’s rumpus room was added on a lower level and connects to the rear garden via a set of concrete steps which act as both seats; steps and playing area. The rooms at the front of the house were formally dark and unrelated but have now been combined into a large open plan area that focuses on the beach view beyond.
