SHARROCK FASHION AGENCY

This project used the refurbishment of the old Foundation 41 building to store and display clothing from the various fashion labels under Susie Sharrock’s direction. The circulation opens from the reception point – from where an articulated passageway allows glimpses into a number of independent display rooms. At each end the display rooms open to the surrounding area through large steel windows that inundate the plan with a sense of spatial generosity and light. A lower level that housed ‘Ecco’ Furniture was also pared back and replanned as part of the building works.
