SUGARLOAF HOUSE

This house enjoys tranquil views over Middle Harbour. A dramatic sandstone shelf forms the base that supports the house from the water. The street level is at the top level of the house as the site falls away sharply from the street. The street entry is via a timber bridge over a verdant garden and adjacent a cooling pond. The house steps over three levels with sheltered deep decks which enjoy the peaceful view of the water beyond.
